NOTD: BB Couture Man Bug

There won't be much talking today. Because lately I've been feeling so tired and empty inside and this stupid grey, cold, winter weather doesn't help either...

Some of you wanted to see the Man Bug, when I showed you the two BB Couture polishes I got recently. Well, here it is - my second and, sadly, the last BB Couture polish I own - Man Bug. It's a very pretty polish. Quite sheer, but I just love the glass flecks of shimmer that are floating around in the bottle and on the nails *lol*

This photo was taken outside, under natural daylight, overcast:

And this one was taken inside, under artificial lighting:

Kelier Crackle Polish In Black - Photos & Review

Today I have for your lots of photos and a review of Kelier Crackle Polish in Black. This polish is part of the package that was sent to me for review by Born Pretty Store - a web store where you can find some great products for nail art and more.

As you may know, I'm a fan of all "crackle polish mania" that is going on right now. I don't know why... I just think the crackle polishes are really fun :D

On to the photos and review!

Here is what I used for a base for Kelier Crackle Polish:

Essie Hot Coco, Smokin' Hot, Silken Cord, Going Incognito

Then I put on a layer of Kelier Polish. Here is the photo right after the application:

Then the crackles started to show up... This one was taken 10 minutes after the application:

Some more crackles... This photo was taken 20 minutes after the application:

And the last one was taken 30 minutes after the application of Kelier Crackle Polish:

Too bad the weather wasn't very helpful at the time I took this photos, because the crackles showed up quite nice in real life. It would be even better, if I used some brighter colours as a base. And I think I should used a bit thinner coat of Kelier Crackle Polish. Ugh, I'm complicating... *lol*

Few words about the Kelier Polish:

Altough the polish is quite thick and a bit sticky, it applies nice and even. And as I said before, I should used a thinner coat. Anyway, the crackle effect is much more subtle with this polish compared to the others crackle/shatter polishes available by other brands.

Kelier Nail Polish is available at Born Pretty Store in several colours, such as black, purple, red etc. The bottle contains 15 ml of polish and it costs 4,52$/bottle.

If you are ordering something from Born Pretty Store, you can still use my code BIBASK31 to get 10% discount off your order.

Thanks for reading!

NOTD: BB Couture Dragon's Breath

Hi there! :)

I had such a busy week... I got up at 6 a.m. every morning and got home around 8 p.m. So the only thing I did when I got home was taking a shower and went straight to bed. I'm pretty much exhausted.

We are here because of the nail polish, though. I know. And I got a pretty one for you today! So keep on reading :D

I got my very first BB Couture polishes couple of weeks ago and I was super excited about them!

Wanna see which two I got?

BB Couture Man Bug & Dragon's Breath

I'm wearing a Dragon's Breath right now. And I must say this polish is fantastic! It's a berry (it's between red and purple) jelly-like base packed with multi-coloured micro-glitter in it. This polish is so sparkling when sun hits the nails, that I just couldn't stop looking at it while I was taking the pictures.

Click on the photo to see the glitter that sparkles in there:

Little something about the name "Dragon's Breath" - what kind of dragon has a breath like this? I didn't even have to think twice... It must be that lady dragon from The Shrek! :D What do you think?
Have you watched Shrek? I've watched for about hundred times *lol* I just love Shrek movies and Donkey is my favourite character.

Sleek I-Divine "Storm" Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches

I showed you my two Sleek MakeUp Palettes I bought couple of weeks ago HERE. So you know that I got myself the "Storm" and "Original" Palette.

Today I have for you a review and swatches of the "Storm" Palette.

I really like the shades in this palette - you can find some very nice neutrals and some great darker shades that are great for creating a smokey eyes too. From twelve shades there are only three with matte finish, the rest of them are shimmery/metallic shades.
The shadows are very pigmented and easy to work with, except those three matte shades - they are a bit difficult, because they aren't as soft as the others and they might be a bit patchy looking. But I must say the black matte shade is incredible - very black and very long lasting. I just couldn't get it off my arm with my make up remover.

On to the swatches (the swatches are made over NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk)...

Here is the palette one more time:

Second half of the upper row (from L to R):

First half of the lower row (from L to R):

What do you think about this palette and the colours?

I Got Myself A New Pair...

No, I didn't buy a new pair of shoes. Shoes aren't really my thing.

No, I didn't get a new pair of boobs either. Mine will just have to do.

I got myself these:

A new pair of earrings :)

I found this Slovenian jewelry designer called Teta Bina and she has some really lovely and unique pieces. This is her FaceBook page. But she has an Etsy shop too, if you are interested in buying something or simply browsing the prettiest little things.

Have a nice day!
